Common questions
Will the adhesive stick to damp or dirty corrugated surfaces?
Yes. The hot melt adhesive backing is engineered for strong, reliable adhesion to paper and corrugated products, including surfaces with light dust or minor moisture. However, avoid extremely wet boxes immediately after washing.
Can I use these envelopes for documents other than packing lists?
Absolutely. While pre-printed for packing lists, the 5 1/2" x 10" format accommodates invoices, receipts, shipping labels, and other critical documents. The durable poly construction protects contents regardless of document type.
How many envelopes are in each case, and how long does a case typically last for a fulfillment operation?
Each case contains 1,000 envelopes. Usage duration depends on daily order volume, a fulfillment center processing 200-300 orders daily typically uses one case per 3-5 days, making bulk purchasing cost-effective.
What's the advantage of the green color over standard clear or white envelopes?
The bright green color provides immediate visual distinction, enabling faster sorting and identification in high-volume operations. It's especially valuable in color-coded documentation systems where green signifies 'packing list enclosed,' reducing errors and improving efficiency.
