Common questions
Will these envelopes stick to wet or damp boxes?
The hot melt adhesive provides strong adhesion to dry paper and corrugated surfaces. For optimal performance, apply to clean, dry surfaces. Moisture may reduce adhesion strength, so store envelopes in dry conditions before use.
Can I use these envelopes on plastic film or shrink-wrapped pallets?
Yes. The hot melt adhesive bonds reliably to most plastic surfaces and shrink wrap. Test adhesion on your specific plastic type before full-scale use to ensure adequate hold during handling.
Are these envelopes compatible with thermal printers or label applicator machines?
These are pre-printed envelopes designed for manual application. For automated application, consult our team about compatible envelope options with machine-friendly backing systems.
How long do these envelopes maintain adhesive strength in storage?
When stored in cool, dry conditions (60-75°F, <50% humidity), hot melt adhesive remains effective for 12+ months. Keep in original sealed packaging and away from heat sources to preserve adhesive performance.
