Common questions
Why choose poly envelopes over paper for packing lists?
2 mil poly envelopes provide waterproof protection that paper cannot match, preventing ink smudging and document deterioration during wet weather shipping. They're also tear-resistant and more durable through multiple handling touchpoints, reducing document damage claims and customer service issues.
Will the 'Packing List Enclosed' messaging reduce sorting errors?
Yes. The pre-printed, high-visibility yellow panel with clear messaging alerts carriers that documentation is enclosed, reducing missorting and ensuring proper handling. This decreases delivery exceptions and improves tracking accuracy throughout the supply chain.
Can these envelopes accommodate standard packing lists and invoices?
Absolutely. The 6 3/4" x 5" dimensions fit standard letter-sized documents folded once, or multiple smaller slips. The top-loading design allows quick insertion without document folding damage.
How many shipments can one case cover?
One case of 1,000 envelopes provides roughly 2-4 weeks of supply for fulfillment centers processing 150-500 daily shipments. Order multiples based on your weekly throughput and storage capacity.
