Common questions
Are these envelopes compliant with DOT and OSHA regulations?
Yes. The bright yellow/orange color and pre-printed 'Safety Data Sheet' messaging align with standard hazardous material identification requirements. However, always verify specific shipment requirements with your regulatory body, as compliance depends on product type and destination.
Will the adhesive backing hold during outdoor shipping or extreme temperatures?
The 2 mil poly adhesive backing is designed for reliable adhesion to cardboard, plastic, and metal surfaces under standard shipping conditions. For extreme heat or prolonged outdoor exposure, we recommend supplemental tape or securing methods.
Can I order quantities smaller than a case of 1,000?
This product is sold exclusively in cases of 1,000 envelopes. For smaller quantities or custom printing, contact our sales team to discuss alternative options or wholesale pricing on multiple cases.
How much does a case of 1,000 envelopes weigh, and what are shipping dimensions?
A case of 1,000 envelopes typically weighs 8-10 lbs and ships in a flat carton measuring approximately 11" x 7" x 2". Contact our customer service team for exact specifications to optimize your freight quotes.
