Common questions
Will the adhesive backing damage corrugated boxes or labels?
No. The hot melt adhesive is specifically formulated for corrugated and paper surfaces, providing strong permanent adhesion without residue transfer or substrate damage. It will not lift printing inks or compromise box integrity.
Can these envelopes withstand outdoor weather during transit?
Yes. The 2 Mil clear polyethylene material is weather-resistant and protects enclosed documents from moisture, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations during ground and LTL shipping.
Are these compliant with shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, ITAR)?
These envelopes are compliance-marked and suitable for external document attachment on regulated shipments. Always verify your specific regulatory requirements with your compliance officer, as documentation requirements vary by industry and destination.
How many envelopes does a typical case cover for a small manufacturing operation?
A case of 1,000 envelopes is ideal for small to mid-size shippers averaging 20-50 daily shipments. For high-volume operations (100+ daily shipments), most customers purchase 2-4 cases monthly for cost-efficient bulk pricing and uninterrupted supply.
