Common questions
Will documents stay visible and readable through the poly during outdoor delivery?
Yes. The clear 2 Mil poly provides excellent transparency and UV resistance, keeping documents legible throughout the shipping journey. The material resists fogging and degradation from weather exposure, ensuring your packing lists and labels remain readable at final delivery.
How does the rear loading design improve packing efficiency?
Rear loading eliminates front-facing adhesive exposure, preventing documents from sticking during insertion or removal. Your team can quickly slide documents into the envelope flap without alignment issues, reducing handling time in high-speed fulfillment operations by up to 30%.
Are these envelopes truly tamper-evident, and do they work with standard carton sealers?
The 2 Mil poly construction creates a tamper-evident barrier that shows visible signs of document removal or manipulation. The envelopes are compatible with standard packing tape and carton sealers, integrating directly into existing fulfillment workflows without equipment modifications.
What document weights and types can these envelopes handle?
The 2 Mil poly safely accommodates standard shipping documents up to 10-15 pages (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, labels). The durable material won't tear under normal handling, and the adhesive remains secure even with multi-page documentation or slightly damp conditions common in warehouse environments.
