Common questions
Will the document remain visible through the poly envelope during shipping?
Yes. The clear 2 mil poly provides clear transparency, allowing packing slips, invoices, and addresses to be read directly through the envelope without opening it. This speeds up sorting, reduces handling errors, and improves dock efficiency.
Are these envelopes tamper-evident?
The 2 mil poly construction and adhesive seal provide tamper evidence. Once sealed, any attempt to open the envelope will be visibly apparent, protecting document integrity and ensuring compliance with security protocols in regulated industries.
What adhesion strength should I expect from the seal?
The adhesive seal is engineered for reliable closure during standard shipping conditions, including handling on conveyor systems, pallet stacking, and transport vibration. Adhesion strength is sufficient for documents that require secure rear loading without compromising easy opening when needed.
Can these be used for rear loading applications?
Yes. These envelopes are specifically designed for rear loading. The adhesive seal allows quick attachment to cartons, pallets, or other shipping units without requiring additional fasteners, making them ideal for high-speed fulfillment operations.
