Common questions
What is the adhesion strength and will labels stay secure during shipping?
The 2 mil poly construction with pressure-sensitive adhesive provides strong, reliable sealing that withstands standard shipping conditions, conveyor systems, and temperature fluctuations. Adhesion strength is optimized for both manual and automated application.
Can I read the document clearly through the clear face without opening the envelope?
Yes. The transparent polyethylene face is designed for maximum document visibility, allowing warehouse staff, customers, and carriers to view packing lists, invoices, and labels without compromising security or opening the envelope.
Are these envelopes tamper-evident?
Yes. The 2 mil poly construction and sealed design provide tamper evidence, any attempt to access the document becomes immediately visible. This protects document integrity and prevents unauthorized modification during transit.
What's the best way to load documents into these rear loading envelopes?
Simply insert your document through the open back edge, then seal with the pressure-sensitive adhesive strip. This rear loading design enables fast manual insertion or automated envelope feeding systems in high-speed fulfillment operations.
