Common questions
Will the pressure-sensitive adhesive stick to all box surfaces?
Yes, the adhesive bonds securely to clean, dry surfaces including kraft corrugated, plastic mailers, and poly films. For best results, apply to dust-free surfaces at room temperature. The seal is permanent once pressed but can be repositioned before final application.
How does the clear face help with operations efficiency?
The transparent window allows sorters and carriers to read packing lists without opening envelopes, reducing handling time by up to 15% in high-volume environments. This also provides instant tamper evidence if the document is obscured or the envelope is compromised.
What's the water and oil resistance rating for this poly thickness?
The 2 mil polyethylene provides protection against moisture, light oils, and dirt. It's not submersible, but resists incidental spills and humidity typical of warehouse and shipping environments. For extended water exposure, consider upgrading to 3 mil envelopes.
Can these be used for multi-document storage in a single shipment?
Yes. The 6" x 6" capacity accommodates multiple folded documents (up to 3-4 standard letter sheets). The clear face shows the top document for visibility, while the resealable design allows picking of specific items without full envelope damage.
