Common questions
What is ECT-90 and why does it matter for my warehouse?
ECT (Edge Crush Strength) of 90 lbs/inch measures a sheet's resistance to compression under load. This rating ensures your corrugated pads withstand repeated forklift traffic, heavy stacking, and vibration during transport without collapsing, protecting your inventory from costly damage.
How do these sheets reduce my overall shipping costs?
Triple wall slip sheets maximize vertical pallet space by creating stable interlayers between products, allowing taller, denser stacks that reduce pallets-per-shipment and lower per-unit freight cost. Their durability also means fewer damaged goods claims.
Are 24 x 36" sheets compatible with standard pallet sizes?
Yes. These sheets are optimized for 48" x 40" and 48" x 48" pallets, with slight overhang that provides edge support. They're also ideal for 36" x 36" and 32" x 40" configurations depending on your load footprint.
Can I use these for outdoor storage or wet environments?
Triple wall kraft corrugated offers moderate moisture resistance for covered storage areas. For extended outdoor or humid conditions, consider our polycoated alternatives. Always store in dry, ventilated spaces to maintain structural integrity.
