Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it right for my operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating of 32 indicates the sheet can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch, ideal for standard palletized shipping and warehouse stacking. This rating suits most mid-weight product categories and reduces freight costs versus over-engineered alternatives.
Why choose white corrugated over kraft brown sheets?
White sheets improve visual layer identification during picking and QC, reduce contamination concerns in sensitive environments, and present a cleaner appearance for customer-visible shipments, especially valuable for premium or food-grade operations.
How many sheets do I need per pallet, and what's the volume savings?
Typical pallet stacking requires 1-2 sheets per layer. A 24 x 36" format matches standard 40 x 48" and 48 x 40" pallet footprints with minimal overhang, maximizing truck utilization. Bundling in fives reduces waste and simplifies reorder forecasting.
Can I recycle these sheets with my cardboard waste stream?
Yes. ECT-32 white corrugated sheets are fully recyclable and compostable, integrating directly into your sustainability program and reducing landfill waste while supporting circular supply chain practices.
