Common questions
What ECT rating do I need for my pallet loads?
ECT-32 handles loads up to 1,200 lbs per layer in typical stacking scenarios. For heavier loads or multi-tier configurations exceeding 4 levels, consult our load chart or upgrade to ECT-44. Our team can recommend the right rating based on your product weight and freight height.
How many layers can I stack with ECT-32 sheets?
ECT-32 supports 4 - 5 layer pallets efficiently when load-per-tier stays under 800 - 1,200 lbs. Actual capacity depends on product type, moisture, and handling method. Use our pallet load calculator or contact sales for application-specific guidance.
Do these sheets prevent strapping and forklift damage?
Yes. The corrugated surface distributes forklift tines evenly, reducing puncture risk, while the kraft paper facing protects product edges from strapping abrasion and creates a dust barrier between tiers.
Can I recycle these after use?
Absolutely. 100% recyclable kraft corrugated material integrates into standard cardboard recycling streams, reducing waste disposal costs and supporting sustainable supply chain practices.
