Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and is it strong enough for my pallets?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) indicates 32 pounds of vertical load-bearing strength per linear inch of edge. This rating is ideal for standard single-pallet loads and mid-weight products (typical range: 500, 1,500 lbs per layer). For heavier applications, consider ECT-44 or ECT-48 alternatives.
Why choose white corrugated over kraft brown sheets?
White-faced corrugated improves inventory visibility, supports barcode scanning and visual inspection, and projects a more professional appearance, important for retail-destined or customer-facing shipments. The white surface also helps warehouse staff identify layer boundaries more quickly during packing and unpacking.
How many pallets can I service with one bundle of 5 sheets?
One bundle of 5 sheets covers five single-layer separations or fewer if you're stacking multiple layers per pallet. Calculate your needs by multiplying pallets shipped per week layers per pallet weeks of supply desired, then order accordingly. Bulk purchasing locks in volume discounts.
Can these sheets be recycled or reused?
Yes. These sheets are 100% recyclable corrugated material and can be flattened and sent to your cardboard recycling stream. Many customers reuse them for internal storage organization before recycling, extending cost value and reducing waste.
