Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and why does it matter for my operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the sheet can withstand 32 lbf/in of vertical pressure, adequate for medium-duty layering and slip sheet applications in warehouses. It balances protection with cost, making it ideal for high-volume, repetitive use where premium strength isn't required.
Can these 36 x 42" pads replace my current pallet system?
As slip sheets, they reduce your reliance on wooden pallets by working with pallet jacks and forklifts, lowering per-shipment costs and weight. They're best used as layer separators within existing workflows rather than as standalone pallets.
How many sheets do I need per pallet for effective load stabilization?
Typical applications use 1 - 3 sheets per pallet depending on product height and stackability. Our sales team can help you model cost-per-unit savings based on your stacking pattern and freight volume.
Are these sheets food-safe or suitable for sensitive products?
Yes, kraft corrugated is widely used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical fulfillment. They create a dust-free barrier between product tiers. For direct food contact or compliance-sensitive applications, confirm with our team to ensure your use case meets regulations.
