Common questions
What ECT rating do these sheets have and why does it matter?
ECT-32 means 32 lbs per inch of edge crush test, proven strength for pallet stacking in warehouses. This rating supports typical mid-weight product loads without failure, reducing damage claims while keeping freight costs lower than heavier ECT-44 alternatives.
Can I use these as slip sheets to replace pallets?
Yes. With forklift-compatible corners and adequate ECT-32 crush resistance, these work effectively as slip sheets for stackable goods. Consult your forklift operator on load weight to ensure safe handling.
How many bundles do I need per pallet of my product?
This depends on your pallet stack height and product weight. A typical pallet with 3 - 5 layers uses one bundle (5 sheets). Calculate based on: (layers) (sheets per layer) / 5 = bundles needed.
Are these sheets recyclable and compostable?
Yes. Kraft corrugated is fully recyclable and accepted by most curbside and commercial recycling programs. They break down naturally in composting facilities and support your sustainability goals.
