Common questions
What ECT rating do these sheets have and why does it matter?
These are ECT-32 sheets, meaning they resist 32 pounds of crushing force per inch of edge. For most pallet layer and slip sheet applications, ECT-32 provides optimal strength-to-cost ratio, supporting standard warehouse loads without unnecessary material expense.
How many sheets do I need per pallet?
Most standard 48" x 40" pallets require one 60 x 40" sheet per layer. The 60" length provides full coverage with slight overhang. Order quantity depends on your stacking height and rotation frequency.
Can I use these for direct product contact or do they work best as separators?
These sheets excel as pallet separators and layer pads between stacked loads. They protect tops of products from dust and damage while reducing direct contact with strapping. For moisture-sensitive goods, pair with appropriate liners.
Are kraft corrugated sheets recyclable?
Yes. ECT-32 kraft corrugated is 100% recyclable and made from sustainable materials, supporting your sustainability goals while reducing waste disposal costs.
