Common questions
Why should I use oil-treated boards instead of standard paperboard?
Oil-treated paperboards offer ink resistance preventing bleed-through, deliver sharper stencil marks, and reduce maintenance on stencil punches by 40-60% through natural lubrication, saving time and equipment costs in high-volume operations.
Will these boards work on curved surfaces like drums and containers?
Yes. The.015" thickness provides flexible rigidity, and the oil-treated composition resists tearing when curved, making these boards ideal for marking rounded or cylindrical packaging without damage.
How many sheets are in one case?
Each case contains 335 sheets of 11 x 24" Marsh® Oil Boards, providing extended supply for high-volume shipping and warehouse marking operations.
Is there a specific way to cut these boards?
Yes, always cut with the grain to maintain maximum rigidity and prevent warping. This ensures consistent performance and durability across repeated applications.
