Common questions
What makes these tubes crush-resistant compared to standard mailers?
The 0.125" thick spiral wound double-wall construction creates rigidity and impact absorption. This heavy-duty fibreboard resists compression forces during multi-stop shipping while protecting contents from crushing, ensuring professional presentation upon delivery.
Do I need additional caps or sealing materials?
No. Each tube includes a 6" flush-joint telescoping cap that slides over the tube body, creating a secure seal without tape or adhesive. This design reduces packaging material costs and labor while maintaining USPS and UPS compliance.
What's the cost advantage of buying by the case?
Purchasing 24 tubes per case reduces per-unit costs by 20-35% versus individual tube pricing, plus eliminates frequent reorder hassles. Case quantities are ideal for mailrooms processing 50+ shipments monthly.
Are these tubes suitable for high-value or fragile items?
Yes. The crush-resistant spiral wound construction protects rolled blueprints, posters, and documents from damage during transit. For extremely fragile items, consider adding interior foam or paper padding as supplementary protection.
