Use 1 square foot of VCI paper for every 1 cubic foot of packaging area. For a box measuring 12" x 12" x 12" (1.5 cu. ft.), use approximately 1.5 sq. ft. of VCI paper. Our 9 x 9" sheets (0.56 sq. ft. each) provide flexible coverage options.
How long does VCI protection last?
VCI treatment provides continuous corrosion protection for up to 2 years when properly sealed in packaging. Protection duration depends on environmental conditions, humidity exposure, and whether items are completely wrapped as recommended.
