Common questions
Will these foam squares leave residue when removed from my products?
No. Our removable adhesive formula is specifically engineered for clean removal without leaving adhesive residue, protecting your product finish and reducing post-shipment cleanup costs.
How many applications can I get from one 1296-count roll?
One roll provides 1,296 individual squares. For a standard 5" x 5" padded box requiring 16 squares per position, you'll cover approximately 81 boxes, though actual coverage depends on your specific application pattern.
Are these compatible with automated dispensing systems?
Yes. The 3" core roll design fits standard tape dispensers and automated applicators used in high-volume packaging operations, improving throughput and consistency versus manual placement.
What's the maximum load capacity per square for fragile items?
Each 1/2" x 1/2" square holds approximately 1-2 lbs depending on surface texture and material. For heavier items, use multiple squares in a grid pattern or layer additional squares to maintain secure hold without exceeding adhesive specifications.
