Sold as a case of 24 rolls, the flexible, conforming solution for high-volume shippers.
Common questions
Will this foam tape conform to irregular packaging surfaces?
Yes. The extremely flexible polyethylene foam is specifically engineered to conform to virtually any surface texture, including corrugated, plastic, foam board, and metal, ensuring secure adhesion even on non-uniform substrates common in protective packaging applications.
What temperature range is suitable for application and storage?
This tape performs optimally between 70-100°F during application. For best results, store rolls in climate-controlled environments to maintain adhesive performance and foam flexibility, particularly important for precision manufacturing schedules.
How much linear coverage does one case provide?
Each case contains 24 rolls of 36-yard length tape at 1/2" width, providing 864 total linear yards, sufficient for high-volume packaging assembly lines requiring consistent, reliable double-sided bonding across multiple production runs.
Is this tape suitable for permanent mounting applications?
Absolutely. The rubber adhesive delivers permanent bonds ideal for securing foam cushioning, edge guards, and interior packaging components that must withstand transportation vibration and multi-handling environments without separation or degradation.
