Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The included white end caps feature a snap-lock design engineered to stay firmly in place throughout transit, even during rough handling. No additional tape or fasteners are needed for standard shipments.
Can I reorder replacement caps separately?
Absolutely. Additional 1 1/2" end caps are available for purchase under SKU PMTCAP15-C820, allowing you to extend the life of your tubes or replace worn caps without repurchasing entire cases.
What should I measure when ordering, the inside or outside diameter?
All Packrift tube sizes refer to usable interior diameter. The 1 1/2" specification indicates the inside space available for your documents or materials. Actual overall length is longer to accommodate the snap-lock caps.
Are these tubes suitable for FedEx, UPS, and USPS compliance?
Yes. These mailing tubes meet standard carrier requirements for cylindrical mailers and are widely used by mailrooms shipping via major carriers. Their rigid spiral wound construction provides the protection needed for compliant, damage-free delivery.
