About this item
SKU KPS182440 — 18" × 24", 40 lb. Basis Weight, Kraft. Sold as a case of 1250, shipped from US warehouses.
Pre-cut 18x24 " kraft paper sheets eliminate manual cutting and speed up packing operations. 100% recycled 40lb basis weight delivers durability without premium pricing. Case of 1250 sheets provides consistent supply for high-volume shipping and void fill needs.
Kraft paper void fill: Good fit for paper cushioning, carton blocking and bracing, ecommerce shipping, warehouse packing stations, and recyclable void-fill workflows. This void-fill and cushioning material helps warehouse, fulfillment, ecommerce, and shipping teams protect products, fill empty carton space, reduce movement in transit, and choose the right paper, bubble, foam, or loose-fill option for outbound orders.
Common questions
How many sheets do I need per box?
Usage depends on box size and fragility of contents. A typical medium box (12 x 9 x 6") requires 2-4 sheets for adequate cushioning. Calculate based on your average package dimensions and order accordingly.
Are these sheets compliant with shipping regulations?
Yes. Kraft paper sheets meet ISTA, FedEx, UPS, and USPS packaging standards. As an inert material, they're approved for shipping most products including food, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous goods.
Can I use these sheets for wrapping vs. void fill?
Absolutely. The 40 lb. weight provides sufficient tear-resistance for both wrapping fragile items and crumpling as void fill. Many customers use a single product for multiple packing applications.
What's the sustainability benefit of 100% recycled kraft?
100% recycled content reduces landfill waste and carbon footprint versus virgin fiber. These sheets are fully recyclable post-use, supporting circular economy practices and helping you meet ESG commitments.
