About this item
SKU IQRT80B — 22" × 27", Polyurethane, Blue. Sold as a case of 72, shipped from US warehouses.
Instapak Quick® RT expandable foam bags deliver protective cushioning without equipment, heating units, or cleanup. Each 22x27 " polyurethane bag activates at room temperature (65-90°F) for instant void fill and product protection.
Common questions
Do I need special equipment to use Instapak Quick® RT bags?
No. Unlike standard Instapak Quick®, these room-temperature bags require zero equipment. Simply place the product in the bag, seal it, and the chemical activation expands the foam automatically within 15-20 seconds. No warming unit, no air compressor, no training needed.
What temperature conditions are required for these foam bags?
Instapak Quick® RT bags work optimally between 65°F and 90°F, standard indoor warehouse and shipping conditions. This makes them ideal for temperature-variable environments where traditional systems may fail.
How much cleanup is involved after using these bags?
Zero cleanup. The chemical reaction occurs entirely within the sealed bag, leaving no residue, spillage, or equipment maintenance. This reduces labor costs and improves worker safety.
Is this product ASTM-compliant for shipping fragile items?
Yes. The expandable polyurethane foam meets ASTM D4169 cushioning standards for shock and vibration protection, ensuring your shipments arrive damage-free and reducing costly returns.
