Common questions
What is the adhesion strength of the back-load seal?
The 2 mil poly construction provides strong, reliable adhesion suitable for standard rear loading applications. The seal maintains integrity through standard shipping handling, weather exposure, and material handling equipment use.
Will documents remain readable through the clear face during shipping?
Yes. The transparent poly window maintains excellent document visibility throughout the supply chain. Standard printing and barcodes remain clearly legible, reducing customer confusion and support inquiries at delivery.
Are these tamper-evident once sealed?
The 2 mil poly construction and sealed rear loading design provide tamper-evident protection. Any attempt to open or manipulate the envelope will be visually apparent, protecting document integrity and preventing unauthorized access.
How many cases should we order for monthly fulfillment?
Calculate your monthly document envelope volume and divide by 1,000 to determine case quantity needed. Most mid-sized 3PL operations order 3-5 cases monthly. We recommend maintaining 2-3 cases in inventory to prevent stockouts during peak shipping periods.
