Common questions
Will the adhesive stick to corrugated boxes?
Yes. The hot melt adhesive provides strong permanent bonding to corrugated, kraft paper, and most shipping carton surfaces. Simply peel and press firmly for secure adhesion that withstands handling and transit.
Are these envelopes transparent for document visibility?
The 2 Mil poly material is semi-transparent, allowing recipients to see the packing list contents. The red, white, and blue USA flag design is pre-printed on the front, providing professional branding while maintaining document visibility.
What documents fit in these envelopes?
The 5 1/4" x 8" size accommodates standard packing lists, invoices, shipping labels, customs forms, and return authorization documents. Documents fit comfortably when folded once or in stacks of multiple thin sheets.
How many do I need per case for high-volume shipping?
Each case contains 1,000 envelopes. For high-volume operations, a single case typically supports 1,000 shipments. Most fulfillment centers order multiple cases to maintain inventory during peak shipping seasons.
