Common questions
Will the hot melt adhesive stick immediately to corrugated boxes?
Yes. Hot melt adhesive provides instant, strong bonding to corrugated and paper surfaces without curing time, allowing uninterrupted fulfillment operations even in high-volume environments.
How does the yellow color improve warehouse efficiency?
Bright yellow visibility makes packing list envelopes instantly recognizable on conveyor lines and during manual sorting, reducing misplaced documents and speeding picker verification.
Can these envelopes withstand moisture during shipping?
The 2 mil poly material provides water-resistant protection, keeping packing lists legible and intact even in humid conditions or during temperature fluctuations common in logistics.
What size packing lists fit inside these envelopes?
The 5 1/2" x 10" interior accommodates standard 5" x 8" and 4" x 6" packing lists with room for folding, making them compatible with most thermal and inkjet label formats.
