About this item
SKU CT541 — 5" × 5", 40 lb. Nylon, Natural. Sold as a case of 1000, shipped from US warehouses.
5 " natural cable ties in 6.6 nylon construction deliver permanent holding power that won ' t slip or loosen during shipping and handling. Ideal for bundling cables, securing shipments, and general-purpose packaging applications. Case of 1,000 ties ensures cost-efficient inventory for high-volume operations.
Common questions
Will these ties loosen during transit or vibration?
No. These permanent cable ties feature a locking mechanism that prevents slipping once engaged. The 40 lb. nylon construction maintains secure tension through shipping vibration, handling, and storage without loosening over time.
Are these suitable for outdoor or harsh environments?
These natural nylon ties perform well in standard industrial environments. For extreme UV exposure or harsh chemical conditions, consider UV-stabilized or colored variants. The 6.6 nylon material resists moisture and temperature fluctuations typical of warehouse and shipping operations.
How many ties per case, and what's the bulk pricing advantage?
Each case contains 1,000 ties, reducing per-unit costs significantly compared to smaller packages. Bulk ordering minimizes reorder frequency, reduces packaging waste, and lowers your total cost of ownership for ongoing bundling and cable management needs.
Can these ties be removed or reused?
No. These are permanent, one-time-use ties designed for secure, long-term fastening. Once locked, they require cutting for removal. This permanence ensures bundles stay secured throughout the shipping and storage lifecycle without accidental loosening.
