Common questions
What is ECT-32 and why does it matter for my shipping needs?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) measures corrugated strength at 32 pounds per linear inch. This single-wall rating is ideal for moderate-weight tall items and provides excellent stacking performance in warehouse environments without the cost premium of double-wall boxes.
Will these boxes reduce my dimensional weight charges?
Yes. The 6 x 6 x 50" tall, narrow profile minimizes volumetric dimensions compared to wider boxes for the same item height, lowering dimensional weight surcharges with most carriers and improving freight efficiency per unit shipped.
Can I use these boxes instead of mailing tubes?
Absolutely. These tall corrugated boxes provide comparable protection to mailing tubes for items like fishing rods, posters, and rolled materials, while offering better stackability, easier labeling, and lower per-unit cost in volume purchases.
How many boxes per pallet, and what's the storage footprint?
Flat-packed bundles of 25 boxes stack efficiently for space-saving storage. Assembled box height of 50" is ideal for standard pallet configurations. Contact our team for specific pallet quantity breakdowns and volume pricing on bulk orders.
