Common questions
Will these envelopes stick permanently to corrugated boxes?
Yes. The hot melt adhesive provides strong, lasting adhesion to both paper and corrugated surfaces. Once applied, the envelope will not shift or peel during shipping or handling, ensuring packing lists remain visible and secure.
Can I use these envelopes on damaged or wet boxes?
For best adhesion, apply envelopes to clean, dry surfaces. While the 2 mil poly protects documents inside from moisture, the adhesive backing performs optimally on surfaces free of dust, moisture, or damage.
How many envelopes come in one case?
Each case contains 1,000 envelopes. This bulk quantity is designed for high-volume fulfillment operations and reduces per-unit costs for shipping managers processing thousands of orders monthly.
Are these envelopes compatible with automated labeling systems?
These envelopes arrive pre-printed with "Packing List Enclosed" messaging and are designed for manual application. They fit into hand-labeling workflows and reduce the need for additional printing steps in your fulfillment process.
