Common questions
What products are best suited for 19" x 12.5" bubble mailers?
These #6 mailers work best for small to medium fragile items: jewelry, watches, small electronics, books, DVDs, cosmetics, eyewear, collectibles, and specialty gifts. The 3/16" bubble cushioning provides adequate shock absorption for items under 2 lbs.
Can I use these mailers for UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping?
Yes. The kraft exterior and flat profile are compliant with all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). No surcharges apply. These mailers qualify for standard Priority Mail and ground shipping rates.
Are kraft bubble mailers recyclable and eco-friendly?
Absolutely. The exterior is made from recycled kraft paper and is 100% recyclable and compostable. This appeals to environmentally conscious customers and aligns with sustainability commitments, helping improve your brand reputation.
What's the difference between heat-seal and tape closure?
Heat-sealing creates a tamper-evident, professional finish ideal for high-security or premium unboxing experiences. Tape and staple closure offer faster manual packing. All three methods provide equal structural integrity; choice depends on your packing speed, labor costs, and brand positioning.
