Common questions
What is the bubble lining thickness and how much shock protection does it provide?
The 3/16" high slip bubble lining provides reliable cushioning for moderate-impact items like electronics, cosmetics, and small parcel goods. The slip design allows products to slide in easily without damaging the mailer, while the bubble cell structure absorbs impact during transit.
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx compliant for dimensional weight?
Yes. The lightweight kraft paper exterior minimizes dimensional weight charges on major carriers. The 19" x 12 1/2" size is optimized for shipping small-to-medium items while keeping dimensional weight calculations favorable for your bottom line.
Can I print my company branding on these mailers?
Absolutely. The recycled kraft paper exterior accepts direct printing, labels, and custom branding. Many e-commerce sellers use these for professional brand presentation while maintaining sustainability messaging.
Why choose the #6 size over other bubble mailer dimensions?
The #6 (19" x 12 1/2") is ideal for medium items that need protection but don't require oversized packaging. It balances material cost, shipping weight, and protective coverage, making it popular for apparel, books, small electronics, and subscription boxes.
