Common questions
What is the bubble cell size and how much cushioning does it provide?
These mailers feature a 3/16" high slip bubble lining that provides lightweight but effective shock protection for fragile items. The slip design allows easy product insertion without damaging the bubbles, while still offering cushioning for drops and impact during transit.
Are these mailers UPS or FedEx eligible?
Yes. The lightweight kraft construction with integrated bubble cushioning keeps dimensional weight minimal, making these mailers cost-effective for UPS and FedEx shipping. The compact profile helps you avoid dimensional weight surcharges on both carriers.
Can I heat-seal these mailers or do I need to use tape?
These are #6 heat-seal bubble mailers designed for heat-sealing closure, but you have flexibility, you can also tape or staple them shut depending on your packing workflow and security needs. Heat-sealing provides a tamper-evident professional finish.
How much coverage does one case provide?
One case contains 25 mailers, each 12.5" x 19". Ideal for small to medium order volumes, or mix-and-match with other Packrift sizes. For high-volume shippers, bulk cases allow you to standardize on this popular size and reduce per-unit costs.
