Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx approved?
Yes. These #7 kraft bubble mailers meet carrier standards for lightweight parcels and are approved for ground and priority shipping services. Confirm weight limits based on your shipment contents.
What's the advantage of heat-sealing over tape or staples?
Heat-sealing creates a tamper-evident, professional closure that reduces labor time per package by 40-60% versus manual taping. It also provides consistent seal quality and enhances customer unboxing experience with a polished appearance.
How much shock protection does 3/16" bubble provide?
The 3/16" slip bubble lining absorbs impact equivalent to a 3-foot drop for items under 2 lbs, making it ideal for fragile electronics, cosmetics, and accessories. For heavier or extremely fragile items, consider upgrading to larger mailers or adding external cushioning.
Are these mailers environmentally friendly?
Yes. Both the kraft paper exterior and bubble lining are recyclable, supporting sustainability initiatives. The recycled kraft material reduces environmental footprint compared to virgin paper alternatives.
