Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into place with a secure fit designed to prevent pop-offs during transit, protecting contents from contamination and loss while meeting shipping compliance standards.
Can I purchase additional caps separately?
Yes. Additional 1.5" end caps are available separately (SKU PMTCAP15-C820) for replacement or expansion of your inventory, ensuring you always have backup caps on hand.
What's the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
Usable space (18") refers to the practical interior length for storing content. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end cap overlap, the product specifications list usable space for accurate content planning.
Are these tubes compliant with shipping regulations?
Yes. The 3-ply spiral wound construction meets industry durability standards for document and material shipping. Caps ensure contents remain secure and protected, supporting compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
