About this item
SKU T936240012PK — 60 yds × 60 yds, 5.6 Mil, Natural. Sold as a case of 12, shipped from US warehouses.
Tape Logic 2400 masking tape delivers reliable medium-duty performance for packaging and sealing applications. This 1.5 " x 60 yds crepe paper tape (5.6 mil thickness) resists moisture and oils, ideal for case sealing on high-speed packing lines. Order by the case: 12 rolls per pack.
Common questions
Is this tape compatible with standard tape dispensers used on packing lines?
Yes. The 1 1/2" width and standard core design work with all industrial tape dispensers and automated case sealing equipment. The 5.6 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming or tearing, maintaining consistent line speed.
How does this tape perform when sealing cases in humid or oily production environments?
The moisture and oil-resistant crepe paper formulation maintains strong adhesion even in challenging warehouse conditions, shipping climates, and manufacturing floors with oils or solvents. This reduces case failures and rework compared to standard masking tape.
What is the typical yield per roll, and how many cases can one case of tape seal?
Each 60-yard roll yields approximately 48 standard case seals (using 1.5" tape width per seal). A case of 12 rolls provides roughly 576 seals, depending on box size and application method.
Does Tape Logic 2400 leave residue on corrugated surfaces or dispenser rollers?
No. The crepe paper construction resists gumming and buildup on dispenser cores and rollers, reducing maintenance downtime and extending equipment life. Clean adhesion also prevents product contamination.
