Common questions
Will this tape work with my automated tape dispenser?
Yes. The 1-inch width and standard core diameter are compatible with most industrial tape dispensers used in packing line operations. Verify core size with your dispenser specifications for optimal feed performance.
Does the tape leave residue after removal?
No. The silicone-based adhesive formulation is engineered for clean removal without leaving adhesive residue, gum, or substrate damage, critical for maintaining product quality and reducing secondary cleanup operations.
Can this tape handle sustained exposure at 400°F?
Yes. The polyester film construction maintains structural integrity and adhesive consistency at continuous temperatures up to 400°F, preventing lifting, wrinkle formation, or adhesive flow that causes masking failures.
How many linear feet per case can I expect?
Each case contains 2 rolls x 72 yards = 144 total yards (432 linear feet) of masking tape, providing substantial line coverage for high-volume powder coating or thermal processing operations.
