Common questions
Can these envelopes be reused multiple times?
Yes. The ungummed flaps allow you to seal with tape, glue, or string repeatedly without adhesive residue buildup. Many businesses use these across 5-10 shipment cycles, significantly reducing per-use costs.
Are these envelopes USPS/FedEx/UPS compliant?
Yes. The 18 1/2" x 12 1/2" dimensions comply with major carrier oversized envelope standards. Verify exact rate requirements with your carrier before high-volume shipping.
What's the difference between 28 lb. kraft and lighter envelopes?
28 lb. kraft stock is approximately 50% thicker than standard 20 lb. office paper, offering puncture resistance and tear durability, essential for protecting valuable documents and fragile printed items during handling and transit.
What should I ship in these jumbo envelopes?
Ideal for flat items: catalogs, brochures, technical drawings, blueprints, large format photos, certificates, and oversized documents. Not recommended for items requiring 3D protection, use boxes for fragile goods.
