Common questions
Do these mailers require additional tape, padding, or supplies for secure closure?
No. The one-piece design features snug-fitting tuck-and-fold tabs that create a secure closure without tape, glue, or additional materials. This accelerates packing speed and reduces per-unit assembly costs.
What materials can safely ship in a 12 x 12 x 3 literature mailer?
ECT-32-B construction handles flat goods like catalogs, brochures, printed materials, documents, and soft-goods samples. The 3-inch depth accommodates stacked materials up to approximately 2.5 inches. For heavier items, verify weight capacity against your specific content.
Why choose ECT-32-B corrugated over lighter grades for literature mailers?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 pounds) provides puncture resistance and crush strength compared to lighter grades like ECT-26. This protects professional content from damage during rough handling in postal and parcel networks, reducing customer complaints and returns.
Are these mailers eco-friendly and recyclable?
Yes. White corrugated cardboard is 100% recyclable and made from renewable fiber sources. Using these mailers aligns with sustainability initiatives and supports your brand's environmental commitments to eco-conscious customers.
