Common questions
Do I need additional padding or stiffeners with these mailers?
No. The rigid laminated fibreboard construction provides built-in protection against bending, creasing, and edge damage. Most e-commerce brands use these mailers as-is for apparel, books, and non-fragile items, reducing packaging costs and labor time.
How secure is the self-seal closure?
The high-strength, cohesive self-seal flap creates a tamper-evident bond when pressed. Once sealed, the mailer resists accidental opening during transport, ensuring customer confidence and reducing return-related disputes.
What products work best in a 12 1/2" x 15" mailer?
These mailers are ideal for folded clothing, small electronics, accessories, books, vinyl records, lightweight gifts, and specialty items up to 2-3 pounds. The rigid structure prevents contents from shifting, protecting both product and presentation.
Are these mailers environmentally responsible?
Yes. The kraft-colored laminated fibreboard is fully recyclable, making it an eco-conscious choice for brands committed to sustainable packaging practices. Customers appreciate the natural appearance and environmental benefits.
