Common questions
What does ECT-32 rating mean for my shipping needs?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) indicates the carton withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch, ideal for single-wall applications protecting documents, catalogs, and lightweight to mid-weight products. It balances cost-efficiency with reliable stacking performance for typical warehouse operations.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 70-80 bundles (1,750 - 2,000 individual boxes) per standard 40x48" pallet, depending on stacking height. Contact our logistics team for optimized pallet configurations to reduce freight spend.
Can I print my company logo on these kraft boxes?
Yes. The natural kraft surface accepts flexography, offset, and digital printing. Minimum order quantities apply; contact sales for custom print specifications and lead times.
Are these boxes suitable for heavy or fragile items?
ECT-32 single-wall is designed for printed materials and lightweight-to-mid-weight products. For heavy items (20+ lbs) or fragile goods, upgrade to double-wall ECT-44 or higher for protection and crush resistance.
