Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into place and are designed to withstand transit stress. They will not pop off during standard shipping and handling, protecting your contents throughout the supply chain.
What is the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
The 48" measurement refers to usable interior space for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the snap-fit end caps and ensure a tight, secure seal. This extra length prevents cap separation during shipment.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Replacement 2 1/2" end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP25-C820) if you need to reuse tubes with new caps or want backup inventory.
Are these tubes cost-effective for high-volume shipping?
Absolutely. The economical kraft construction with 3-ply spiral-wound strength delivers durability at competitive pricing. Their reusability and recyclability also reduce per-shipment packaging costs over time, making them ideal for mailroom and logistics operations managing large shipment volumes.
