About this item
SKU T92100Y — 100' × 2", 60 Mil PVC, Yellow.
Heavy-duty 60 mil PVC safety tape built for high-traffic warehouse floors. This 2 " x 100 ' yellow floor tape features beveled edges to resist tearing from equipment and removes cleanly without residue. to paint, install faster and expect lasting durability across your packing line.
Common questions
Will this tape adhere to our concrete warehouse floor after six months of forklift traffic?
Yes. The 60 mil PVC construction and heavy-duty adhesive are engineered specifically for high-traffic warehouse environments. Beveled edges prevent peeling at seams even under repeated equipment passes. Most installations remain secure 12+ months with proper surface preparation (clean, dry concrete).
Can we remove and reposition this tape on our packing line without leaving residue?
Absolutely. Unlike permanent paint solutions, Mighty Line™ Deluxe tape removes cleanly without adhesive residue or floor damage when you need to reconfigure line layouts, saving hours on line setup and compliance updates.
How does 2-inch yellow tape compare to narrower options for visibility in our facility?
The 2-inch width provides maximum visibility from distance while offering better coverage than 1-inch alternatives, reducing the number of rolls needed. Yellow is ANSI-compliant for caution and hazard marking, making it ideal for safety zones adjacent to packing equipment.
What's the fastest way to install this across a large warehouse floor without downtime?
Clean and dry the floor surface thoroughly, then apply the tape in straight lines using light hand or roller pressure. The aggressive adhesive grips instantly, no cure time required. One 100-foot roll covers approximately 24 linear feet of typical 2-inch aisle marking, requiring minimal labor compared to paint application and drying delays.
