Common questions
Will the caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white plastic snap-fit caps are engineered to lock securely into the tube openings and will not pop off during standard parcel shipping, even with package handling and movement.
What is the actual tube length versus usable space?
The usable interior space is 15 inches. The actual tube length is longer to accommodate the cap mechanism and material overlap. Measure your rolled documents to confirm fit before ordering.
Can I reuse or recycle these tubes?
Absolutely. Both the 3-ply spiral wound kraft tubes and plastic caps are reusable for multiple shipments and fully recyclable through standard commercial recycling programs, supporting your sustainability initiatives.
Are replacement caps available if I lose one?
Yes. Additional white plastic end caps are sold separately and snap into place on any compatible kraft tube. Visit our Plastic End Caps section for compatible options.
