Common questions
How much usable room does the 20x30" size really have?
The listed size is 20x30". Plan for contents slightly smaller than the nominal size — the usable interior runs a bit under the listed measurement once the bag takes shape around what you load into it.
How does 3 mil compare with lighter or heavier film?
A mil is one-thousandth of an inch, so 3 mil film is 3/1000" thick — 4 mil film, for example, is twice the film thickness of 2 mil. Heavier film of the same material stands up to punctures and rough handling better; lighter film costs less per bag and packs tighter.
Is there a drop-in substitute for PB945?
Not as an exact replacement. The closest sizes in this line are 20x28" and 22x30" (same 3 mil film), and the same 20x30" size is also stocked in 1 and 1.5 mil. Before switching, match the listed dimensions, 3 mil thickness, and pack count — then reorder by exact SKU PB945.
How do I close these bags, and how do they ship?
These are open-top bags — close them with a heat sealer, bag tape, twist ties, or staples, whichever fits your workflow. This listing is sold as one pack of 250 bags — roughly $0.46 per bag at the current pack price (confirm the live price before ordering). Orders ship from Packrift's five US warehouse regions (Central IL, NE PA, S TX, SE GA, and W CA); delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
