About this item
SKU T95217 — 3" × 1", 1/16" Polyethylene Foam, White. Sold as a case of 324, shipped from US warehouses.
Pre-cut 3 " x 1 " white polyethylene foam strips with dual adhesive coating deliver residue-free, permanent mounting for signage, fixtures, and precision goods. Each roll contains 324 ready-to-use strips, no cutting required. Use for warehouses, retail displays, and industrial applications requiring clean, reliable bonding.
Common questions
Can these foam strips be reused or repositioned?
Yes. Tape Logic double-sided foam strips maintain repositionability for 3-5 applications depending on surface texture. This makes them ideal for temporary warehouse signage, prototype positioning, and test fixtures where frequent adjustments are necessary.
What weight capacity does each 3" x 1" strip support?
Each strip supports approximately 0.5-1 lb depending on surface material and installation angle. For heavier items, use multiple strips distributed across the load area to ensure secure, damage-free mounting.
Are these strips suitable for outdoor or temperature-sensitive applications?
These polyethylene foam strips perform best in controlled indoor environments (50-85°F). For outdoor or high-heat applications, consider alternative mounting solutions or apply protective coating to prevent adhesive degradation.
How do these pre-cut strips reduce packaging waste compared to bulk foam tape?
The 324-count roll eliminates cutting and measuring, reducing scrap waste by up to 40% in high-volume operations. Pre-cut strips also standardize cushioning thickness across shipments, ensuring consistent product protection for your precision goods.
