Common questions
Will this tape work on my existing carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. Tape Logic #7651 is compatible with all standard 3-inch tape dispensers. The 2-inch core fits H-series and most commercial packing line equipment. Verify your dispenser accepts 3-inch roll widths before ordering.
Does cold temperature tape perform differently than standard carton sealing tape?
Yes. Standard hot melt adhesive becomes brittle and loses adhesion below 50°F. This formula maintains flexibility and peel strength in freezers (down to -18°C / 0°F), preventing seal failures and case damage during cold storage and transport.
Is this tape approved for food contact applications?
Yes. It is FDA/USDA chemically acceptable for packaging with minimal contact to meat and poultry products prepared under federal inspection. Verify labeling requirements for your specific product category.
How much tape do I need per case, and what's the coverage rate?
Each roll covers approximately 110 linear yards at 3 inches wide. A single case (24 rolls) = 2,640 linear yards. Typical cartons require 2-3 inches of tape per seal. Adjust quantities based on case size, sealing pattern, and daily production volume.
