Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white snap-on end caps lock firmly into place and are engineered not to pop off during standard shipping and handling, ensuring your contents remain protected throughout transit.
Are these tubes reusable?
Yes. The 3-ply spiral wound construction is durable enough for multiple uses, making these tubes cost-effective for repetitive shipping applications and supporting your sustainability goals.
What is the actual tube length versus usable length?
The 26" measurement reflects usable interior space. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end cap structure and seal area. Contact our team for exact specifications if needed.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. We offer replacement 3" end caps (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820) available for purchase separately, allowing you to extend the life of existing tubes or prepare inventory for future orders.
