Common questions
Are these labels compliant with international shipping standards?
Yes. The fluorescent red color is recognized across multiple countries and carrier networks as a universal indicator for special handling requirements, ensuring compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMO guidelines for hazardous and fragile goods.
What dispensers are compatible with these 3" x 5" labels?
These labels are compatible with tabletop dispensers (SL9506, SL9512, SL9518) and wall-mount models (LDM300, LDM450, LDM850, LDM1250), allowing flexible placement in shipping departments or warehouse stations.
How long do these labels remain visible and adhesive?
The semi-gloss coated paper and fluorescent pigmentation provide excellent durability in temperature-controlled warehouses and during outdoor shipping. Labels maintain adhesion through standard handling, moisture exposure, and multi-leg international transit.
How many labels come in a roll and what's the reorder process?
Each roll contains 500 labels. With standard shipping volumes, a single roll typically lasts 2-4 weeks for mid-size logistics operations. Packrift offers bulk purchasing discounts and automated reorder programs to ensure you never run out of critical special handling labels.
