Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps feature a snap-fit design engineered to lock firmly in place without popping off during standard shipping and handling. They've been tested for compliance with common carrier requirements and provide reliable document protection throughout transit.
Can I reorder caps separately if needed?
Absolutely. Additional 3" white end caps (PMTCAP3-C820) are available for purchase separately, making replacement and expansion simple and cost-effective for ongoing operations.
What documents fit inside a 3" x 6" tube?
The 3" interior diameter accommodates rolled documents up to approximately 9.4" in circumference. Standard 24" x 36" blueprints, 8.5" x 11" sheets rolled to 3" diameter, posters, and certificates all fit comfortably. The 6" usable length means actual tube length is longer, providing protective overlap.
Are these tubes cost-effective for high-volume shipping?
Yes. At 24 tubes per case with included caps, bulk purchasing significantly reduces per-unit costs. Since tubes are reusable and recyclable, customers often recondition them for internal storage or resale, extending ROI and reducing packaging waste.
